蒸汽涡街流量计跨介质标定研究

摘要 为实现蒸汽涡街流量计的跨介质标定;在雷诺数相似准则指导下,分别采用水介质和蒸汽介质做了涡街流量计实流标定实验,得到不同介质下的流量计仪表系数;结合理论分析,总结归纳出介质可压缩性和温度两个重要参数,参考差压式流量计对介质可压缩性的修正,首次提出基于介质可压缩性和温度修正的蒸汽涡街流量计仪表系数模型;采用最小二乘回归法对涡街流量计标定实验数据进行回归分析,得到由水介质到蒸汽介质的跨介质标定仪表系数修正公式,与实验数对比验证,修正误差为0.03%~0.04%;结果表明,可以通过仪表系数修正的方法完成蒸汽涡街流量计跨介质标定。 In order to realize the cross-media calibration of steam vortex flowmeter;under the guidance of Reynolds number similarity criterion,calibration experiments of vortex flowmeter were carried out using water and steam respectively,and the meter coefficient under different media was obtained;combined with theoretical analysis,two key parameters of medium compressibility and temperature were summarized,a modified mathematical model of meter coefficient based on compressibility and temperature of medium is proposed which is derived from the empirical formula of expansibility coefficient of differential pressure flowmeter;the least squares fitting method was used to regress the calibration experimental data of vortex flowmeter,and the cross-media calibration correction formula of meter coefficient from water to steam was obtained,the deviation was 0.03%~0.04%,which was compared with the experimental data;the results show that the cross-media calibration of steam vortex flowmeter can be completed by the method of meter coefficient correction.
