摘要
应用大数据技术、双中台技术、5G技术、北斗技术、3D-GIS技术、算法模型技术、现代传感技术、自动控制技术,建立泛生态立体智慧监测预警溯源系统。通过建立“天地一体化”环境立体监测体系,全面提升环境监测自动化、智能化水平;通过建设污染预警溯源系统,快速捕捉环境质量异常,并确定污染类型,最大程度减少生态环境破坏与影响。对生态环境大数据进行深度分析和挖掘,提高了政府管理决策效率,深化了行政管理体制改革,产生了良好的经济和社会效益。
Applying big data technology,dual-middleground technology,5G technology,Beidou technology,3D-GIS technology,algorithm modeling technology,modern sensing technology,and automatic control technology to establish a pan-ecological integrated intelligent monitoring,warning,and traceability system.The automation and intelligence level of environmental monitoring has been comprehensively improved by establishing the“space-ground integration”environmental integrated monitoring system.By building the pollution warning and traceability system,environmental quality anomalies can be quickly captured,pollution types can be determined,also ecological damage and impact can be minimized in the maximum extent.The efficiency of government management decision-making has been improved,the reform of administrative management system has been deepened,in addition,good economic and social benefits have been produced by analyzing and mining the ecological environment big data deeply.
