摘要
炎症性肠病是导致结直肠癌发生的直接因素.结合炎症相关结直肠癌的发病分子机制,对现有化学试剂诱导的结肠癌动物模型进行系统的整理和比较.发现AOM/DSS诱导的结直肠癌是目前应用最广泛,操作较简单,成模率较高,病理表现、机制与临床CRC特征更为相似的良好模型之一.
Inflammatory bowel disease is a direct factor leading to the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).The existing animal models of colorectal cancer induced by chemical agents were systematically reviewed and compared.It was found that colorectal cancer induced by AOM/DSS was one of the most widely used models with simple operation,high modeling rate,and more similar pathological features and mechanisms to clinical CRC.
