面向社区养老的旧住区适老性改造策略研究

Research on Elderly-Oriented Renovation of Old Community for Community-based Elderly Care

我国自20世纪末进入老龄化社会,应对老龄化的养老形势严峻。近年来我国大力发展社区养老的养老方式,而老年人现阶段居住多在城市中心区域的老旧小区且很少愿意搬迁,建成已久的旧住区已无法与老年人的生活需求所适配,亟需进行适老性改造。研究通过走访调研旧住区的现状问题,提出对旧住区的适老性改造策略,提升老人居住环境质量,为老年生活带来幸福感,实现我国城市既有居住区的可持续发展,希望为今后旧住区适老性改造有一定参考价值。

China has been an ageing society since the end of the 20th century,making the situation of ageing more serious.In recent years,China has been vigorously developing the community-based elderly care approach.Old communities are no longer compatible with the needs of the elderly.Therefore,there is an urgent need for elderly-oriented renovation.The study summarizes the current problems of old communities,and proposes renovation methods for the old residential areas,aiming to improve the quality of the elderly's living environment,bring a sense of well-being to the elderly and realize the sustainable development.It is hoped that it will be a reference for the future renovation of old communities.
