智慧化理念下老旧社区公共空间更新策略研究——以成都市为例

Research on the Renewal Strategy of Public Space in Old Communities under the Concept of Intelligence——A Case Study of Chengdu

我国智慧城市已经进入到全面建设的阶段,社区作为服务群众的“最后一公里”,其智慧化显得尤为重要。而老旧社区通常处于城市中心区域,其公共空间通常存在着道路形态单一、公共设施缺乏、公共空间活力不足等问题。文章以成都市老旧社区为例,对4个典型老旧社区公共空间进行现状调研与数据类比分析,以小见大总结老旧社区公共空间的问题。以“智慧化”理念为指导,通过智慧数据、智慧交通、智慧场景、智慧功能、智慧设施等措施,完善社区各项数据、提升空间品质、为社区赋能、让居民感受智慧化带来的便利。

China's smart city has entered the stage of comprehensive construction,and as the"last mile"to serve the masses,the intelligence of the community is particularly important.Old neighborhoods are usually located in the central area of the city,and their public spaces usually have problems such as single road forms,lack of public facilities,and insufficient vitality of public spaces.Taking the old community in Chengdu as an example,this paper conducts a current situation survey and data analogy analysis of the public spaces of four typical old communities,and summarizes the problems of the public space of the old community with a small view.Guided by the concept of"intelligence",the paper uses smart data,smart transportation,smart scenes,smart functions,smart facilities and other measures to improve community data,improve space quality,empower the community,and let residents feel the convenience brought by intelligence.
