Research on the Integration of Village Planning and Overall Land Consolidation Under the National Spatial Planning System

文章以某一村庄规划为例,探讨国土空间规划体系下全域土地综合整治与村庄规划问题。在国土空间规划体系下融合全域土地综合整治与村庄规划具有重要意义。从本质上讲,全域土地综合整治和村庄规划具有相同目标,二者在实施落实期间都能够使农村生产生活环境得到有效改善,进而使农村生态环境达到更高水平,提升农村土地空间规划有效性,促进乡村振兴战略展开,构建更为合理和细致的整体国土空间布局。

This paper takes a village planning as an example to discuss the problems of comprehensive land consolidation and village planning under the national land spatial planning system.It is of great significance to integrate the comprehensive land consolidation and village planning under the territorial spatial planning system.In essence,the comprehensive land consolidation and village planning have the same goal,and both can effectively improve the rural production and living environment during the implementation period,thus bringing the rural ecological environment to a higher level,enhancing the effectiveness of rural land spatial planning,promoting the development of the rural revitalization strategy,and building a more reasonable and detailed overall territorial and spatial layout.
