环控专业BIM正向设计效率提升方案的研究

摘要 在地铁工程建设的设计阶段,大多数图纸采用CAD二维软件设计完成,采用BIM正向设计完成的图纸占有率极低。其主要原因就是BIM软件尚未成熟,BIM软件无法提供给设计师类似CAD平台中熟悉的功能,导致设计师开展BIM正向设计工作时难以适应。文章对目前环控专业BIM正向设计存在的问题进行研究,并且通过对Revit软件进行二次开发,生成一款更加适合设计师的BIM正向设计插件,提高设计效率及设计质量。 In the design phase of subway engineering construction,most drawings are completed using 2D software such as CAD,with a very low adoption rate for drawings completed using BIM forward design.The main reason for this is the immaturity of BIM software,which can not provide designers with the familiar functionalities found in CAD platforms,making it difficult for designers to adapt to BIM forward design in their work.This paper investigates the current issues within the BIM forward design of HVAC specialty and generates a more suitable BIM forward design plugin for designers through secondary development of Revit software to improve design efficiency and quality.
