摘要
医院房建项目比一般房建项目的建设复杂度高,在施工过程中,很容易出现错、漏、碰等问题。本工程将BIM技术应用到监理工作中,在施工准备阶段,解决了塔吊与花架梁碰撞、结构梁板搭接不上、结构与建筑错位、管线与结构碰撞和管线与管线碰撞等问题,实现了可视化图纸会审;在施工阶段,实现了可视化高支模安全交底和底板施工质量交底,提升了交底的效果;还将BIM技术应用到合同管理和信息管理的监理工作中,提高了进度款的审核效率,加快了质量和安全问题的整改。
Hospital building project is more complex than general building project,and during the construction process,errors,omissions,and collisions are prone to occur.In this project,BIM technology is applied to the supervision work.During the construction preparation stage,problems such as collision between tower crane and pergola beams,gap between structural beam and floorslab,dislocation between structure and building,collision between pipeline and structure,and collision between pipelines have been solved,and joint review of drawings is visualized.During the construction phase,visual safety briefing for high formwork support and quality briefing for bottom plate construction are conducted,which improved the effectiveness of the briefing.By applying BIM technology to the supervision work of contract management and information management,the audit efficiency of progress payment is improved,and the rectification of quality and safety issues is accelerated.
