摘要
建筑信息模型(BuildingInformationModeling,BIM)技术是现代建筑学的重要工具之一,能够提供数字信息支持、动态功能辅助、全过程管理等多项功能。地铁是我国城市交通网的重要组成部分,而BIM技术在地铁车站建筑设计的应用,不仅能够协调多个专业设计人员实现协同设计,还能够提高设计质量,为设计方案提供辅助参考,提高了设计工作效率。另一方面,通过BIM技术制作的设计方案与模型,在后续的技术交底、施工管理、智能车站、运维管理等环节中也有着重要作用,能够保证不同部门之间人员实现高效沟通。文章根据我国地铁车站建筑设计的现状,分析了BIM技术在其中的应用效果。
Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology is one of the important tools of modern architecture,which can provide digital information support,dynamic functional assistance,whole process management and many other functions.Metro is one of the important components of China's urban transport network,and the application of BIM technology in subway station architectural design can not only able to coordinate designers of multiple disciplines to achieve collaborative design,but also able to improve the design quality,provide auxiliary references for the design scheme,and improve design efficiency.On the other hand,the design scheme and model produced by BIM technology also play an important role in the subsequent technical delivery,construction management,intelligent station,operation and maintenance management and other links,which can ensure effective communication between different departments.According to the current situation of metro station building design in China,this paper analyses the application effect of BIM technology in it.
