摘要
目的研制复方艾草驱蚊液并对其驱蚊效果进行评价。方法通过正交设计、酶解辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取艾草挥发油,以艾草挥发油为原料,确定驱蚊液的配方,并对产品的驱蚊效果、理化性质等进行评价。结果艾草挥发油提取最佳条件为纤维素酶添加量1.0%,酶解温度为55℃,酶解pH为5.0。复方艾草驱蚊液配方:艾草挥发油2 ml、金银花提取液2 ml、薄荷提取液2 ml、冰片0.2 g、PEG-400.5 g、食用乙醇15 ml,香精2 g,去离子水定容至50 ml。复方艾草驱蚊液感官指标、理化性质、皮肤刺激性均符合相关标准要求,驱蚊时效达到GB/T 13917.9—2009中B级标准。结论制备的复方艾草驱蚊液安全、环保,对蚊虫的驱避效果较好,具有一定的市场潜力。
Objective To develop compound mugwort mosquito repellent liquid and evaluate its repellent effect.Methods The mugwort volatile oil was extracted by enzyme-assisted water vapor distillation,and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal design.The mugwort volatile oil was used as the raw material to formulate the mosquito repellent liquid,and the product was evaluated in terms of its repellent effect,physicochemical properties,and other aspects of quality.Results The optimal extraction conditions were cellulase 1.0%,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 55℃and enzymatic hydrolysis pH 5.0.The formula of compound mugwort mosquito repellent liquid was the volatile oil of mugwort 2 ml,honeysuckle extract 2 ml,peppermint extract 2 ml,borneol 0.2 g,PEG-400.5 g,edible ethanol 15 ml,fragrance 2 g,then dissolved and diluted to 50 ml with deionized water.The results of sensory indexes,physical and chemical properties,and skin irritation all met the requirements of the related standards.The repellent effect met the class B standard of GB/T 13917.9-2009.Conclusion Compound mugwort mosquito repellent liquid is safe and environment-friendly,and has a good repellent effect on mosquitoes and certain potential market.
