摘要
目的了解第31届世界大学生夏季运动会(大运会)期间输入性基孔肯雅热的现场应急处置经验,为大型赛事活动蚊媒传染病防控工作提供参考。方法采用《基孔肯雅热预防控制技术指南(2012年版)》、《基孔肯雅热流行病学调查方案》和《成都市第31届世界大学生夏季运动会病媒生物应急处置方案》进行流行病学调查和蚊媒处置。结果蚊媒密度控制在标准范围内,无本土二代病例发生。结论依托多部门联防联控机制,科学开展输入性基孔肯雅热应急处置,大会保障圆满完成。
Objective To understand the emergency disposal experience of a confirmed imported case of chikungunya fever in the 31st Summer Universiade,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases in large-scale sports events.Methods Using Technical Guide for Prevention and Control of Chikungunya Fever(2012 edition),Chikungunya Fever Epidemiological Survey Scheme and Emergency Treatment Plan for Vectors in the 31st Summer Universiade in Chengdu to conduct the epidemiological investigation and mosquito disposal.Results The density of mosquito vector was controlled in the standard range,and there was no local second-generation cases occurred.Conclusion The emergency disposal of imported chikungunya fever was carried out based on the multi-department,and the Universiade was successfully completed.
