摘要
目的了解全球范围内博物馆体验设计研究的全局特点,掌握当前博物馆体验设计的主要研究热点和理论基础,并针对当前的研究热点探讨未来发展新趋向。方法以Web of Science收录的博物馆体验设计资料与文献为主要数据源,并以科学文献计量的方式综合利用VOSviewer与CiteSpace从科学文献的年份与产出分布、国家、研究机构、作者、参考文献共被引情况和关键词聚类等方面绘制科学知识图谱,进行可视化分析以梳理研究脉络。结果检索范围内文献数量整体呈上升趋势,美、英、中等国处于研究的领先地位,研究热点主要集中在参观者研究、参与式博物馆、文化遗产数字交互技术应用、用户体验与接受度研究、博物馆在线教育等方面。高被引文献构成了博物馆体验设计的主要知识基础并串联起大部分研究内容。结论博物馆体验设计研究具有较强的学科交叉性,未来研究重点关注情感体验、趣味性交互、智能技术应用等方向;未来的行业趋势包括但不限于深度数字化体验、个性化用户体验、沉浸式智能环境、跨界合作与创新。研究机构合作不紧密、高产量作者不多是现阶段研究的主要局限。
The work aims to comprehensively understand the global characteristics of museum experience design re-search,grasp the main research focus and theoretical foundations in museum experience design,and explore emerging trends for future development according to the current research hotspots.With museum experience design literature and materials indexed in the Web of Science as the main data,the scientific bibliometrics method combined with VOSviewer and CiteSpace,was employed to draw the scientific knowledge map from the aspects of the year and output distribution of scientific literature,the co-citation of countries,research institutions,authors,references and key word clustering,and the visual analysis was made to sort out the research context.The results revealed an overall upward trend in the number of publications within the search scope,with leading research positions held by countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,and China.Research hotspots primarily focused on visitor studies,participatory museums,the applica-tion of digital interactive technologies in cultural heritage,user experience,and acceptance studies,as well as online mu-seum education.Highly cited publications constituted the primary knowledge foundation for museum experience design,forming a cohesive thread throughout a significant portion of research content.In conclusion,museum experience design research exhibits a strong interdisciplinary nature.Future research is anticipated to emphasize emotional experiences,in-teractive engagement,and application of intelligent technologies.Emerging industry trends include,but are not limited to,deep digital experiences,personalized user experiences,immersive intelligent environments,and cross-disciplinary col-laborations and innovations.The primary limitations at the current research stage include less-than-optimal collaboration among research institutions and a limited number of highly productive authors.
