The work aims to explore the specific application of artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)technology in museum narrative design and its role in enhancing visitor interaction experiences.Combined with narrative theory, the research analyses how AIGC transforms exhibition narratives through dynamic and immersive narratives to enhance users'immersive cognitive and emotional connections.Firstly, the theoretical basis of AIGC in museum narrative was analyzed by literature research.Secondly, through the case analysis method, the actual application of AIGC technology to museums was excavated and analyzed. Finally, the hidden dangers and challenges in museum narrative communication were studied.Generative AI technology effectively identified patterns in exhibition data, generating new content that attracted visitors and provided a personalized and contextualized narrative experience and promoted the cognitive, emotional and social development of visitors by providing personalized learning paths. The integration of generative AI technology provides new interactive needs and personalized experiences for museum narrative design.Multi-sensory design strategies enable visitors to better understand and participate in the narrative design, and AIGC will form a new experience mode in museum narrative design.
