中药熏蒸联合减阈疼痛护理对痔疮术后疼痛及创面愈合的影响

Effects of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing on postoperative pain and wound healing of hemorrhoids

目的分析中药熏蒸联合减阈疼痛护理对痔疮术后疼痛及创面愈合的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在本院接受痔疮手术的120例患者,按护理方案的差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受中药熏蒸联合减阈疼痛护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后15 d,观察组的感觉类疼痛分级指数(PRI-S)、情感类疼痛分级指数(PRI-A)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后15 d,观察组的创面愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后15 d,观察组的P物质(SP)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合减阈疼痛护理能够减轻痔疮术后患者疼痛,促进创面愈合。

Objective To analyze the effects of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing on postoperative pain and wound healing of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing plan,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 15 d after surgery,the Pain Rating Index-Sensory(PRI-S),Pain Rating Index-Affective(PRI-A),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Present Pain Intensity(PPI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 15 d after operation,the wound healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 15 d after operation,the levels of substance P(SP)and fibronectin(FN)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with threshold pain reduction nursing can reduce the pain of patients after hemorrhoids surgery and promote wound healing.
