兴趣诱导护理结合护患沟通技巧系统护理对小儿肺炎雾化吸入配合度及情绪状态的影响

Effects of interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing on the atomization inhalation coordination degree and emotional state of children with pneumonia

目的探讨兴趣诱导护理结合护患沟通技巧系统护理对小儿肺炎雾化吸入配合度及情绪状态的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月于我科行雾化吸入治疗的69例肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(34例)和观察组(35例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施兴趣诱导护理结合护患沟通技巧系统护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的雾化吸入配合度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的儿童抑郁量表(CDI)、儿童青少年多维度焦虑量表(MASC)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))及呼气峰流量(PEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论兴趣诱导护理结合护患沟通技巧系统护理能提高小儿肺炎雾化吸入配合度,改善情绪状态和肺功能,提高家属对护理的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing on the atomization inhalation coordination degree and emotional state of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 69 children with pneumonia who were treated with aerosol inhalation in our department from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of atomization inhalation coordination degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Children's Depression Inventory(CDI)and Multidimensional Anxiety Scale for Children(MASC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interest induction nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills system nursing can improve the atomization inhalation coordination degree in children with pneumonia,improve the emotional state and lung function,and enhance the satisfaction of family members to nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
