摘要
BIM技术具有可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性、可出图性等特点,在建筑工程领域应用越来越成熟,有利于解决建筑工程管理重难点问题,提高管理质量和效率,降低管理风险和成本。论文研究了建筑工程管理中BIM技术的应用,主要从设计和施工两个阶段出发,分析了设计质量管理、工程造价管理、施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工安全管理等方面内容,有利于充分发挥BIM技术应用优势,提高建筑工程管理的连续性和有效性。
BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,and diagrammability.Its application in the field of construction engineering is becoming increasingly mature,which is conducive to solving key and difficult problems in construction engineering management,improving management quality and efficiency,and reducing management risks and costs.The paper studies the application of BIM technology in construction project management,mainly starting from the two stages of design and construction.It analyzes the aspects of design quality management,engineering cost management,construction quality management,construction progress management,construction safety management,etc.,which is conducive to fully leveraging the advantages of BIM technology application and improving the continuity and effectiveness ofconstruction project management.
