摘要
台账式运维对人工的依赖程度较高,在运维过程中效率低下,尤其是在面对大型建筑中海量设备信息时,更难以满足高效率、低时延的要求。本文提出的数字化运维管理方法,运用了BIM/GIS、IoT、大数据等技术,搭建了一个数字化运维管理平台,实现了数据的实时反馈与流转传承,有效提高了运维管理的效率,有效节约了人力和物力。
Traditional ledger-based operation and maintenance(O&M)rely heavily on manual efforts,leading to inefficiencies,particularly when managing the vast amounts of equipment information in large-scale buildings.This approach fails to meet the requirements for high efficiency and low latency.The digital O&M management method proposed in this paper utilizes technologies such as BIM/GIS,IoT,and big data to build a digital O&M management platform.This platform enables realtime data feedback and circulation,significantly improving O&M management efficiency and effectively saving human and material resources.
