Severe respiratory influenza virus infection in children

流行性感冒(流感)是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病。尽管我们在流感的认知和管理方面取得了显著进步,重症流感依然是威胁儿童生命健康的主要疾病之一。本文旨在综述近年来在儿童重症流感领域的研究进展,介绍发病机制、临床表现、诊断方法以及治疗策略,以期提升儿童重症流感的诊治水平。

Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus.The influenza virus causes acute respiratory infection.Although remarkable progress has been made in the cognition and management of influenza,severe influenza is still one of the main diseases that can threaten children's life and health.This review summarized recent research progress on severe respiratory influenza virus infection in children,induding pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,and treatment strategies,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of severe influenza in children.
