住宅建筑围护结构隔声计算与性能分析

摘要 本文从隔声理论入手结合住宅项目示例,先后介绍了建筑构件隔声性能的计算和结果统计方法,以及组合墙实际隔声量和多声源叠加的计算方法,由此引出室内噪声、室内噪声级两个不同的参数各自的物理意义和规范条文要求。分析得出:在构造做法相同时门、窗与组合墙的面积比例是影响组合墙隔声性能的关键参数。 Based on sound insulation theory and residential project examples,this paper introduces the calculation and statistical methods for sound insulation performance of building components,as well as the calculation method of actual sound insulation amount of composite wall and the superposition of multiple sound sources,thereby leading to the physical meaning and specification requirements of two different parameters of indoor noise and indoor noise level respectively.The analysis shows that the area ratio of doors,windows and composite walls is the key parameter that affects the sound insulation performance of composite walls,in case the construction methods are the same.
