摘要
统计、分析各类型建筑中电气单方造价及占建安总费用的比例,从宏观上了解电气造价;比较高压电缆不同敷设方式的单位造价,总结合理布局电气设备用房的重要性;比较不同材质的管材在不同敷设方式下的造价,比较不同防腐材质桥架的价格,总结材料选择对造价的影响;比较不同规格非消防负荷电缆、不同危险类灯具的造价,分析过度设计对造价的影响。
The construction cost of electrical engineering per square meter in various buildings and the proportion in the total construction and installation cost are calculated and analyzed,in order to have a macro understanding of the construction cost of electrical engineering;the unit costs of high-voltage cables with different laying methods are compared,and the importance of reasonable layout of electrical equipment room is summarized;the costs of pipe products made of different materials with different laying methods and the prices of cable trays made of different anti-corrosive materials are compared,and the influence of material selection on the construction cost is summarized;the construction cost of non-fire-load cables with different specifications and lamps with different hazards are compared,and the influence of over design on the construction cost is analyzed.
