低压港口岸电建设方案简析

摘要 港口船舶岸电作为电能替代的典型模式,是建设绿色智能码头的重要环节。港口推广应用船舶岸电技术,将大量消除船舶靠港期间的有害气体排放,是建设“绿色循环低碳港口”和提高码头竞争力的重要措施。本文以某港口智能岸电电能替代示范项目为例,说明低压岸电为港口建设带来的社会效益和经济效益,凸显低压岸电建设的必要性。 Port vessel shore power is a typical mode of electric energy substitution as well as a critical factor for constructing green and intelligent docks.The application of vessel shore power technology at ports will considerably reduce the emission of harmful gases during the port call of ships,which is an important action for constructing“green,circular,and low-carbon ports”and increasing the competitive edge of docks.In this paper,the Ningbo port intelligent shore power substitution demonstration project is taken as an example to explain the social and economic benefits created by low-voltage shore power,highlighting the necessity for developing low-voltage shore power.
