武夷山国家公园游憩吸引力生成机制研究

摘要 基于符号互动理论研究游憩吸引力生成机制,可以为国家公园游憩研究提供新的视角。以武夷山国家公园为案例研究地,挖掘网络评价文本,运用LDA主题分析法发现武夷山国家公园游憩价值集中在“自然风光”“诗意人文”“休闲惬意”3个方面,从而构成“符号感知”主范畴;再利用扎根理论研究法归纳出“情景交融”“心灵唤醒”“仪式表征”“‘镜中我’观象”4个主范畴,建构了国家公园游憩吸引力的生成机制,有助于提升武夷山国家公园游憩价值,促进旅游业发展。 ⑴Background——National parks are important places for nature conservation and recreation.Recreation is one of the basic functions of tourism development and utilization in national parks.The attraction of ecological resources is the core element of recreation in national parks.It is of great practical significance to study the formation mechanism of recreational attraction in national parks for the promotion of the value of tourism resources and the development of tourism economy.⑵Methods——Taking Wuyishan National Park as an example,this paper first used Python to scrape the travel reviews of a well-known Online Travel Agency(OTA)platform,and obtained a total of 10194 valid travel reviews.Then,the topic mining method of Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)was used for the topic cluster analysis of the travel reviews of Wuyishan National Park in order to get the perception dimensions of the recreational symbols.Finally,based on the symbolic interaction theory,this paper analyzed the formation mechanism of recreational attraction in Wuyishan National Park by using the grounded theory.⑶Results——First,the tourists symbolic perception of the recreational attraction in Wuyishan National Park is mainly embodied in natural resources,humanistic resources and leisure resources.However,the value demands of“health”,“culture”,“ecology”and“leisure”are still lagging behind in terms of innovation and differentiation,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of recreation in the future.Second,through the theoretical analysis of the data,it can be found that the natural environment of Wuyishan National Park,star-rated hotels and characteristic lodgings,tea culture space,performing arts,gourmet restaurants,etc.constitute a unique recreational experience scene with the local cultural characteristics,creating a flexible and diverse“creative space”for the interpretation of the symbols of recreational attractions.Third,the tourists emotions are positive and optimistic during the formation of the recreational attraction in Wuyishan National Park,but some tourists have“emotional conflicts”due to the differences in individual cognition and values.Therefore,the formation process of recreational attraction is actually the mutual game between tourists emotional needs and recreational space.⑷Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy suggestions are put forward:First,Wuyishan National Park should attach importance to the exploration and construction of recreational attractions,plan tourist attractions at different levels,effectively fill the recreational space,enrich the recreational products system,and enhance the experience value of interaction,intimacy and viewing.Second,pay attention to the construction of scene-based“creative space”.Optimize the“scene”construction of symbols production by creating atmosphere,improving auxiliary facilities,improving service quality,innovating interactive forms,strengthening security,etc.Third,Wuyishan National Park should make use of the push-pull effect of recreational attraction to“push”the flow economy in a way to meet the psychological needs of tourists and“pull”the involvement of tourists through the intelligent service,the creation and packaging of“authentic”products and the improvement of the recreation explanation service system.
