摘要
依岚图FREE和岚图追光等两款车型的外饰B柱的实绩开发过程中品质优化改善为基础,通过对比分析,从零件结构优化、注塑工艺改善、模具结构等方面,结合实绩的品质改善结果,获得最小的翘曲变形量和最佳的缩痕状态,满足车辆工业化品质需求。结果表明:ABS侧壁厚控制在约1.8mm,PMMA侧壁厚控制在约2.8mm,双侧壁厚在约4.5mm。可以有效减少翘曲和缩痕。改善导轨结构和注塑工艺的优化,同样可以有利于翘曲变形和缩痕的减小。
Based on the quality optimization and improvement in the actual development process of the exterior B-pillar of the VOYAH 2 modles(VOYAH FREE and ZHUIGUANG).Through comparative analysis,from the aspects of part structure optimization,injection molding process improvement,mold structure,etc.,combined with the actual quality improvement results,the minimum warpage deformation and the best sink mark state were obtained to meet the industrial quality requirements of the vehicle.The results show that,by controlling the ABS side wall thickness at about 1.8mm,the PMMA side wall thickness at about 2.8mm,and the total wall thickness at about 4.5mm,warpage and sink marks can be effectively reduced.Improving the guide rail structure and optimizing the injection molding process can also help reduce warpage deformation and sink marks.
