复杂地质条件下措施斜坡道法施工破碎硐室

摘要 某金属矿山破碎硐室设计掘进断面为98.07 m^(2),该硐室位于软弱岩层中,围岩松散破碎、自稳性差,围岩等级属于Ⅳ~Ⅴ类岩。由于大断面硐室施工时围岩应力分布复杂且施工难度大,在软弱岩层中的破碎硐室施工采用了措施斜坡道法。从主运输通道的中段开始挖掘措施斜坡道至破碎硐室水平位置,然后分层施工破碎硐室,并配合凿岩台车、铲车和锚杆台车等机械化设备进行作业。这一方案有效地加快了施工进度并减少了工作面作业人员数量,最终安全顺利地完成了破碎硐室的施工。通过采用措施斜坡道法实现了对破碎硐室安全、高效和快速的建设。 The designed excavation section of a crushing chamber in a metal mine is 98.07 m^(2).The chamber is located in the weak rock stratum,the surrounding rock is loose and broken,and the self-stability is poor.The surrounding rock grade belongs to ClassⅣ~Ⅴrock.Because the stress distribution of surrounding rock is complicated and the construction is difficult,the measure ramp method is adopted in the construction of the crushing chamber in the weak rock stratum.Starting from the middle part of the main transport channel,the excavation measures ramp to the horizontal position of the crushing chamber,and then the crushing chamber is constructed in layers,and the work is carried out with the mechanized equipment such as drilling trolley,forklift truck and anchor bar trolley.This scheme effectively speeds up the construction progress and reduces the number of workers on the working face,and finally completes the construction of the crushing chamber safely and smoothly.The safe,efficient and rapid construction of the crushing chamber is realized by adopting the measure ramp method.
