刚性圆形排水管道状态Ⅰ临界形状贴合内衬法修复设计

摘要 贴合内衬法是现今常用的非开挖管道修复方法之一,但现有国内管道修复设计规程未考虑内衬管—原管—土之间的相互作用,存在明显的理论不足。近年来法国、德国和美国提出了新的内衬修复设计理念,值得国内参考研究。本文以工程案例方式,对比分析了完整刚性圆形排水管道状态Ⅰ临界形状贴合内衬修复条件下,国内CJJ/T 210—2014《城镇排水管道非开挖修复更新工程技术规程》和美国ASCE新算法在内衬管设计厚度的差异。结果表明,ASCE要求的内衬管厚度比现有CJJ/T 210—2014要求的内衬管厚度小2 mm;ASCE新算法对于内衬管厚度的设计过程远比CJJ/T 210—2014规程复杂,ASCE设计理论中考虑了内衬管更多的失效模式,也考虑了修复施工质量对内衬管厚度的影响,而这在目前国内的CJJ/T 210—2014规程中都没有考虑。 Close-fit lining is one of the common trenchless pipe renovation methods nowadays,but the existing domestic pipeline renovation design specifications do not consider the interaction between lining,original pipe and soil,which has obvious theoretical shortcomings.In recent years,new lining renovation design concepts have been proposed in France,Germany and the United States,which are worthy of reference and research in China.This paper compares and analyzes the differences in the design thickness of CIPP lining between domestic CJJ/T 210-2014“Technical Regulations for trenchless Rehabilitation and Renewal of Urban Sewer Pipeline”and American ASCE new algorithm under the condition of critical shape fitting lining renovation for complete rigid circular drainage pipeline through engineering case studies.The results show that the liner thickness required by ASCE is 2 mm less than the thickness required by the existing CJJ/T 210.The design process of new ASCE algorithm for the lining thickness is much more complex than CJJ/T 210 regulation.More failure modes of lining and the impact of rehabilitation quality for lining thickness were considered in ASCE design theory,which are not currently considered in the CJJ/T 210 regulation in China.
