摘要
非开挖修复技术在供水管道的修复技术发展时间较短,如何在极短的可允许施工作业时间内恢复供水管道功能,并提升其结构性和长期运行的安全性是非常重要的课题。本文将以上海市DN1000供水管道修复项目为例,详细阐述叠层原位固化法的技术特点和工程实施的主要内容,修复后管道结构承载性和输水能力均获得较大提升,为城市老旧供水管道改造提供新的解决思路。
In recent years,various trenchless renovation technologies have been widely used in the renovation of drainage pipes,but the development time of trenchless renovation technologies for water supply pipelines is relatively short.Due to high technical barriers,complex processes and dependence on imported materials,there are few manufacturers entering this field.For the aging water supply pipeline located in the central urban area,it’s meaningful important topic to recover the function for the old pipe from the structure and long term safety during very limited construction period.This paper take Shanghai DN1000 water supply pipeline renovation project as an example to elaborate on the technical characteristics of the new laminated CIPP and the main points of engineering implementation.
