摘要
依据钻探系统与工作对象地层的相互作用逻辑关系,得到给进/回转钻柱、钻井液等两个动力介质,以及钻进过程的钻进(碎岩)、护壁和控向(防斜/定向)三个基本问题;提出了钻探工程学基础理论内涵,包括:钻柱力学、钻井液流变学与水力学(统称为钻探工程力学),岩石破碎机理、孔壁稳定机理、钻孔弯曲机理(统称为钻探基本原理),以及基础理论体系架构;重点探讨了钻探工程学基础理论体系的概念内涵、架构逻辑,以及基本原理、规律和方法等,有利于提高钻探工程学科理论和钻探工程实践水平。
Based on the logical relationship between the drilling system and the geological stratum being drilled,two driving media,namely,the feed/rotary drill string and drilling fluid,and three drilling process basic problems,namely,drilling(rock fragmentation),maintaining hole wall stability,and controlling drilling direction(preventing hole inclination,directional drilling)are obtained.The connotation of the basic theoretical system of drilling engineering is presented,including drill string Mechanic and drilling fluid Rheology&Hydraulics(collectively referred to as drilling engineering Mechanics),rock fragmentation mechanism,wall stability mechanism,and hole bending mechanism(collectively referred to as basic principles of drilling),and the framework of the basic theoretical system of drilling engineering science.The concept,connotation,framework logic,and basic principle,influence law,method of the basic theoretical system of drilling engineering science have been studied.
