摘要
针对农机生产线各种液体介质加注过程中出现的人工选择加注量错误导致的质量问题,以及加注过程无法追溯等问题,设计了一套农机液体介质加注过程追溯系统。该系统采用西门子S7-1200 PLC作为核心控制器,开发自动控制程序与触摸屏人机交互界面,实现对加注过程的精准控制与加注过程的数据库存储追溯。同时,基于该控制系统开发上位机软件,通过访问数据库自动获取加注量信息并传递给加注机,代替人工选择加注量,实现加注量防错设计。该系统为农机制造过程中液体介质加注量防错与加注过程追溯提供了参考方案。
In order to solve the quality problems caused by the error of manual selection of the filling amount in the process of filling various liquid media in the agricultural machinery production line,as well as the problems such as the inability to trace the filling process,a traceability system for the filling process of liquid media for agricultural machinery was designed.The system adopts Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core controller,develops the automatic control programme and touch screen human-machine interface to achieve accurate control of the filling process and database storage of the filling process traceability.At the same time,based on the control system to develop the host computer software,by accessing the database to automatically obtain the refilling amount of information and pass it to the refilling machine,instead of manually selecting the refilling amount,to achieve the refilling amount of error-proof design.This system provides a reference scheme for error-proofing and tracing of the filling process of liquid medium filling volume in the manufacturing process of agricultural machinery.
