辽宁工业振兴背景下高职院校社会培训体系的建设与创新

Construction and Innovation of Social Training System of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Liaoning Industrial Revitalisation

基于辽宁省装备制造业的发展需求,以辽宁工业振兴战略为背景,探索高职院校服务地方产业建设与创新路径,提出标准引领、育训结合、项目驱动的职业培训体系,以校企深度合作为核心,通过线上培训、现代学徒制、技能提升和行业培训等形式,构建符合产业需求的多维培训模式,逐步推动高职院校实训基地的现代化和规范化。研究结果结合辽宁省实际,填补装备制造业社会培训体系研究的空白,具有重要的实践价值和创新意义。

Based on the development needs of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,and under the background of Liaoning’s industrial revitalization strategy,this paper explores the path of higher vocational colleges in serving local industrial construction and innovation,proposes a standard-led,educational-training,and project-driven vocational training system,and takes school-enterprise in-depth cooperation as the core,through online training,modern apprenticeship,skill improvement and industry training,etc.,to build a multi-dimensional training model that meets the needs of the industry,and gradually promote the modernization and standardization of the training base of higher vocational colleges.Combined with the actual situation of Liaoning Province,the research results fill the gap in the research of social training system in the equipment manufacturing industry,which has important practical value and innovative significance.
