病毒靶向抗原递呈细胞调控细胞免疫应答的研究进展
Advances in research on regulation of cell-mediated immune responses by virus-targeting antigen-pre-senting cells
摘要
细胞免疫是参与免疫应答的细胞之间相互作用从而发挥免疫功能。细胞免疫应答是机体抵御外来病原体侵袭的重要防线,在免疫保护中发挥着重要作用。然而,许多病毒通过靶向抗原递呈细胞抑制或逃避细胞免疫来实现其在宿主体内的复制。因此,本文主要针对细胞免疫应答的作用及其主要过程、参与调控细胞免疫应答的抗原递呈细胞及其机制的最新研究进展进行了概述,为深入研究病毒调控细胞免疫应答的机制提供思路并为设计基于细胞免疫应答的新型疫苗提供参考。
