The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee focused on the topic of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese modernization.The most important outcome of the Plenary Session was its adoption of“Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization”,has deployed many new reforms and made many new and clear demands.An in-depth study of the new deployment and requirements made in the“Resolution”is the key to learning and understanding the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,is helpful for in-depth study and understanding of XI Jinping’s series of new thoughts,new viewpoints and new conclusions on comprehensively deepening reform,and will help us better understand and grasp the themes,major significance,guiding ideology,major principles,and major measures of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese modernization.
