伟大建党精神是中国共产党人精神之源。在党的百年历史征程中,伟大建党精神与不同时代任务相结合,构建起了中国共产党人精神谱系。井冈山斗争时期,中国共产党人践行和弘扬伟大建党精神,在创建农村革命根据地、开辟中国革命新道路的过程中,因面临的客观形势、所处的地理空间、担负的历史任务、解决的现实问题的独特性,而不断赋予伟大建党精神以新的时代特征和历史内涵,最终生成了井冈山精神。井冈山精神既是一种独立形态的革命精神,具有鲜明的时代特征,又是伟大建党精神在井冈山斗争特殊历史环境中的彰显和弘扬,与伟大建党精神一脉相承。
