党的二十大报告作出“完善党的自我革命制度规范体系”重大战略部署,强调要以党章为根本。这就要求全党必须高度重视发挥党章的根本性作用,切实做到以党章为价值指引,弘扬自我革命精神;以党章为指导依据,完善自我革命制度体系;以党章为最高规范,推进自我革命制度实施;以党章为根本遵循,加强自我革命制度的监督;以党章为根本统领,完善一体推进“三不腐”体制机制,在新时代新征程中学深悟透并贯彻落实习近平总书记关于党的自我革命的重要思想。

The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress made a major strategic deployment of“improving the Party’s self-revolutionary system and norms”,emphasizing that the Party Constitution should be fundamental.This requires that the whole Party must attach great importance to the following points:giving full play to the fundamental role of the Party Constitution,earnestly taking the Party Constitution as the value guide,and carrying forward the spirit of self-revolution;improving the system of self-revolutionary institutions based on the Party Constitution;promoting the implementation of the self-revolutionary system with the Party Constitution as the highest regulation;following the Party Constitution as the fundamental principle and strengthening the supervision of the self-revolutionary system;taking the Party Constitution as the fundamental command,improving the integrated mechanism for promoting the three anti-corruption principles of“not daring to corrupt,not being able to corrupt,and not wanting to corrupt”,and deeply understanding and implementing General Secretary XI Jinping’s important thought on the Party’s self-revolution in the new era and new journey.
