护患协同护理模式对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者心脏康复效果的影响

Effect of Nurse-patient Collaborative Nursing Model on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI

目的:探讨护患协同护理模式对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者心脏康复效果的影响。方法:选取2021年2月1日~2023年2月28日收治的100例行PCI术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施护患协同护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组心血管不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)中社会及心理、一般生活、病情、体力、工作、医疗状况评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者应用护患协同护理模式,能改善其心功能,减少心血管不良事件,提高生活质量和护理满意率。

Objective:To explore the effect of nurse-patient collaborative nursing model on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI from February 1,2021 to February 28,2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was additionally provided nurse-patient collaborative nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing care,the 6-minute walk test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The social and psychological scores,the scores of general life,illness,physical strength,work and medical status(CQQC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient collaborative nursing model in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can improve their cardiac function,reduce cardiovascular adverse events,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
