摘要
肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)是肾脏疾病中的最常见和最致命的癌症类型,其组织学特征是细胞内大量脂质沉积。这些沉积物是由肿瘤细胞中发生的脂质代谢重编程引起的,而脂质代谢的改变使肿瘤细胞能够在营养匮乏的环境中存活,但这些代谢改变的确切机制和影响尚不完全清楚。本文围绕RCC的病理分型、脂代谢机制、脂代谢关键因子与癌症微环境方面进行综合性阐述,有助于更好地了解RCC病理生理机制。
Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is the most common and deadly type of cancer in kidney diseases,characterized by a large amount of intracellular lipid deposition.These sediments are caused by lipid metabolism reprogramming that occurs in tumor cells,and changes in lipid metabolism enable tumor cells to survive in nutrient deficient environments,but the exact mechanisms and effects of these metabolic changes are not fully understood.This article comprehensively elaborates on the pathological classification,lipid metabolism mechanism,key factors of lipid metabolism,and cancer microenvironment of RCC,which helps to better understand the pathological and physiological mechanisms of RCC.
