高校“一站式”学生社区协同育人模式构建的现实困境和实践路径——基于协同治理理论的视角

The Dilemmas and Practical Approaches in Constructing a“One-Stop”Student-Community Collaborative Education Model in Universities——From the Perspective of Collaborative Governance Theory

“一站式”学生社区是新形势下高校育人的重要场域。目前高校“一站式”学生社区协同育人模式构建仍处于初步发展阶段,在构建过程中发现了诸多问题和挑战,“一站式”学生社区系统发挥协同育人实效面临制度困境、主体困境和资源困境。基于此,高校应学习和运用协同治理理论,从理论和实践上探索优化路径,促进党建引领、主体融合、资源下沉、管理集成,深化对“一站式”学生社区协同育人模式构建的思考和探索。

The“One-Stop”student community is an important field for higher education in the new situation.At present,the construction of the“One-Stop”student community coordinated education model is still in the preliminary development stage.During the construction process,many problems and challenges have been found in the construction process.Dilemma,main dilemma and resource dilemma.Based on this,colleges and universities should take the theory of collaborative governance as the entry point,explore optimization paths from theory and practice,so as to promote party building leadership,subject integration,resource sinking,and management integration,and deepen the thinking and exploration of the construction of a“One-Stop”student community collaborative education model in colleges and universities.
