摘要
创新能力是当代大学生胜任国家发展和民族复兴重任的重要素质,高校应高度重视大学生创新能力的培养。“发酵工程”是面向生物工程专业本科生开设的综合性专业课程,其教学效果将直接影响学生的综合素质。基于此,将教学过程与大学生创新训练融合,依据课程知识体系和特征设计相应的教学方法,探索增强学生学习主动性和专业自信、提升学生专业素质和创新能力的“发酵工程”课程教学改革措施,以期为培养具有强基础、厚实践素质的创新人才提供参考。
Innovation ability is an important quality for contemporary college students to shoulder the responsibility of national development and national rejuvenation,and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of college students'innovation ability.Fermentation Engineering"is a comprehensive professional course designed for undergraduate students majoring in biotechnology,and its teaching effectiveness will directly affect students'overall quality.Based on this,the teaching process will be integrated with innovation training for college students,and corresponding teaching methods will be designed according to the course knowledge system and characteristics.The"Fermentation Engineering"course teaching reform measures will be explored to enhance students'learning initiative and professional confidence,improve their professional quality and innovation ability,in order to provide reference for cultivating innovative talents with strong foundation and practical qualities.
