化学试剂诱导玉米无融合生殖后代农艺性状整齐度研究

摘要 为探究无融合生殖技术快速选育玉米自交系这一方法的可信度,以万糯2000为试验材料,在开花期和成熟期测定诱导后代及其亲本的农艺性状值并计算整齐度和变异系数,通过对诱导后代各性状与亲本间整齐度和变异系数进行分析,证实无融合生殖技术的实用性及可信度。结果表明:诱导后代在植株性状的株高和茎粗中约有20%~40%优于亲本,其中,A4、A17株高最整齐,变异系数为0.027,A29茎粗最整齐,变异系数为0.048;穗部性状的穗长和穗粗约有30%~50%优于亲本,其中,A1穗长最整齐,变异系数为0.013,A11穗粗最整齐,变异系数为0.009。说明利用化学试剂诱导玉米无融合生殖技术可行性强、可信度高,可有效缩短玉米育种周期。 In order to investigate the reliability of rapidly selecting maize inbred lines using apomictic reproductive technology,Wannuo 2000 was utilized as the experimental material.The agronomic traits of the induced posterity and their parents were measured,the uniformity and coefficient of variation were calculated at both flowering and maturity stages to confirm the practicality and credibility of apomictic reproductive technology.The results revealed that approximately 20%to 40%of the induced posterity exhibited superiority over their parents in terms of plant height and stem diameter.A4 and A17 demonstrated a higher level of uniformity with a coefficient of variation of 0.027.The stem diameter of A29 displayed superior uniformity and the coefficient of variation was 0.048.Furthermore,around 30%to 50%showed improvements in panicle length and panicle diameter compared to their parents.A1 exhibited superior uniformity in panicle length with a coefficient of variation of 0.013,while A11 displayed superior uniformity in panicle diameter with a coefficient of variation of 0.009.It can be concluded that is feasible inducing maize apomixis using chemical reagents.This method provides a new approach for shortening the breeding cycle of maize.
