依托保时捷校企合作项目,创新打造“一平台二证书三支撑四融通”的精英育人模式。该模式独创PEAP@ME数字化智能平台,增加学生与企业联系,提高就业对口率;推行学历证书和职业资格证书衔接的“双证书”制度,提升学生的职业素养和实践能力;以品牌文化、师资培养、技能大赛作为三大支撑,打造优质教学团队;构建岗课融通、课证融通、学工融通、双证融通的“四融通”教学体系,实现课程体系与职业岗位、课程内容与职业标准、教学过程与生产过程、学历证书与职业资格证书对接。实践证明,该模式实现了人才供给与企业需求的无缝对接,取得了丰硕的教育教学成果。

The elite education mode of“One Platform,Two Certificates,Three Supports and Four Integrations”has been innovatively created by the Porsche school-enterprise cooperation project.The creative intelligent digital platform of PEAP@ME increases the interactivity of students and enterprise,and thus,as a result,increases the employment matching rate.The“double certificate”system,which connects academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates,will be implemented to enhance students?professional quality and practical ability.A high quality of teaching team has been built on the basis of the three major supports including brand culture,teacher training and skills competition.Then the“Four integrations”teaching system covering the integration of career and curriculum,curriculum and certification,study and work,dual certification has been built to realize the connection between curriculum system and vocational posts,curriculum content and vocational standards,teaching process and production process,education certificates and vocational qualification certificates.Practice has proven that this model realizes the seamless docking of talent supply and enterprise demand.The fruitful educational and teaching achievements have been achieved.
