摘要
新质生产力作为以创新为主导的高效能、高质量的先进生产力形态,在数字农业领域的深入发展与应用,正成为显著提升农业生产效率与质量的关键驱动力。本文从关键技术要素、应用场景等多维度,概述了数字农业新质生产力的构成要素、应用潜力与发展路径。通过对物联网、大数据、智能装备等关键技术要素的全面剖析,揭示了其在构建数字农业新质生产力中的核心支撑作用。通过梳理无人农场、智慧设施及智慧种业等典型应用场景案例,展示了新质生产力重塑农业生产模式,推动农业向智能化、精准化转型的强大能力。同时,从农业劳动者角色、劳动工具、劳动对象及基础设施等角度指出新质生产力带来的全方位变革作用。最后从政策体系、关键技术、科技转化及人才等方面深入分析了当前发展数字农业新质生产力所面临的问题与挑战,并提出了优化政策环境与市场机制、加强技术创新与瓶颈突破、构建关键领域应用新场景等建议,以期为促进数字农业新质生产力的发展提供理论支撑与实践指导,助力我国农业实现高质量发展。
New quality productivity,as an advanced form of productivity driven by innovation,high efficiency and high quality,is becoming a key driving force for significantly improving agricultural production efficiency and quality through its in-depth development and application in the field of digital agriculture.This article provides an overview of the constituent elements,application potential and development path of new quality productivity in digital agriculture from multiple dimensions,including key technical elements and application scenarios.Through a comprehensive analysis of key technical elements such as the Internet of Things,big data and intelligent equipment,the core supporting role of these elements in building new quality productivity in digital agriculture has been revealed.By sorting out typical application scenario cases such as unmanned farms,smart facilities and smart seed industry,the powerful ability of new quality productivity to reshape agricultural production model and promote the transformation of agriculture towards intelligence and precision has been demonstrated.At the same time,the comprehensive transformation effects brought by new quality productivity are pointed out from the perspectives of agricultural workers'roles,labor tools,labor objects and infrastructure.In-depth analysis was conducted on the current challenges faced by the development of new quality productivity in digital agriculture,including policy systems,key technologies,transforming scientific and technological achievements,and talent.Recommendations were put forward to optimize the policy environment and market mechanisms,strengthen technological innovation and bottleneck breakthroughs,and construct new application scenarios in key areas.These suggestions provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the development of new quality productivity in digital agriculture,and help China's agriculture achieve high-quality development.
