水果萝卜杂交一代新品种‘青脆2号’的选育

Breeding of a New F1 Hybrid Variety of Fruit Radish——'Qingcui No.2'

青脆2号是以雄性不育系秀252513161A为母本,自交系天716152为父本配制而成的水果型萝卜杂交一代新品种。其植株生长势旺,肉质根顺直、圆柱形,平均根长23.5 cm、横径6.5 cm;外皮绿色,光滑细腻,根痕少;肉质浅绿色,质地脆,味甜;品质优,耐贮藏,维生素C含量258.2 mg/kg,可溶性糖含量5.93%,蛋白质含量1.22%,粗纤维含量0.68%,还含有钙、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、磷、锌等多种矿物质元素;单根质量约710 g,平均667 m^(2)产量高达5396.5 kg;抗病性强,表现中抗黑腐病、抗霜霉病、抗芜菁花叶病毒病(TuMV)。适宜我国北方地区秋露地和秋延后保护地栽培。

'Qingcui No.2'is a new F1 hybrid fruit radish bred by using the male sterile line'Xiu 252513161A'as the female parent and the inbred line'Tian 716152'as the male parent.The plant grows vigorously,with straight and cylindrical edible roots,an average root length of 23.5 cm and a transverse diameter of 6.5 cm.The skin is green,smooth and delicate,with few root marks.The edible roots of fruit radish is light green in color,crispy in texture and sweet in taste.It has excellent quality and storage resistance,with vitamin C content of 258.2 mg/kg,soluble sugar content of 5.93%,protein content of 1.22%,crude fiber content of 0.68%and various mineral elements of calcium,copper,iron,potassium,magnesium,manganese,sodium,phosphorus,zinc and so on.The weight of edible root is about 710 g,with an average yield of 5396.5 kg per 667 m^(2).It has strong disease resistance with intermediate resistance to black rot disease,resistance to downy mildew and turnip mosaic virus disease(TuMV).'Qingcui No.2'is suitable for open field cultivation in autumn and delayed protected field cult ivation in autumn in northern China.
