摘要
聚氯乙烯(PVC)皮革作为汽车座椅常用的包覆材料,由于白色、米色、灰色等浅色PVC皮革在使用过程中黄变现象明显,影响了浅色皮革在汽车中的应用。浅色座椅用PVC皮革的抗黄变性能通过2种方法进行表征,分别为测试PVC皮革单革的耐胺性能及采用同一座椅聚氨酯发泡搭配不同PVC革验证其胺散发性能;通过调整PVC皮革密实层中抗氧剂、耐胺助剂、色料的浓度及调整PVC皮革表面处理层中耐胺助剂浓度,提升PVC皮革的抗黄变性能。最终,通过将PVC密实层抗氧剂含量提升至常规含量的1.2倍,将色料含量提升至常规含量的1.5倍,将表面处理层耐胺剂的含量提升至常规含量的2.0倍,使PVC抗黄变性能满足使用标准的要求。
PVC leather,as a commonly used wrapping material for car seats,had a significant yellowing phenomenon in the use of light colored PVC leather such as white,beige,and gray,which affects the widespread application of light colored leather in automobiles.The yellowing resistance of PVC leather for light colored seats could be characterized by two methods:the amine resistance of PVC leather single leather and the amine emission performance of polyurethane foam for the same seat verified by different PVC leather;By adjusting the concentration of antioxidants,amine resistant additives,and pigments in the dense layer of PVC leather,as well as adjusting the concentration of amine resistant additives in the surface treatment layer of PVC leather,the anti yellowing performance of PVC leather could be improved.Finally,by increasing the antioxidant content of the PVC dense layer to 1.2 times the conventional dosage,the pigment content to 1.5 times the conventional dosage,and the amine resistant agent content of the surface treatment layer to 2.0 times the conventional dosage,the anti yellowing performance of PVC was improved to meet the use of standard requirements.
