摘要
目前,全球对塑料制品的依赖性逐渐增大,但是,由于塑料制品的使用周期较短,不及时回收处理,能造成较大的资源浪费和环境污染。聚苯乙烯在人们的日常生产生活中使用频率较高,具有一定的回收利用价值。在目前已有的聚苯乙烯处理回收方法中,热裂解技术能够将聚苯乙烯转化为分子量较低的油气,作为补充燃料及化工原料使用,但是,产物的选择性较差,价值较低。基于热裂解技术,加入催化剂,能有效地改善产物的分布,得到高附加值产品。催化热解催化剂主要分为酸性及碱性2类,目前较常见的聚苯乙烯催化热解催化剂为固体碱催化剂,反应遵循碳负离子机理,能有效地降低乙苯产率,提高苯乙烯及二苯基烷烃的产率。
At present,the global dependence on plastic products was increasing year by year.However,due to the short service cycle of plastic products,if not recycled in time,it will cause greater waste of resources and environmental pollution.Polystyrene was used frequently in People's Daily production and life,and had certain recycling value.Among the existing polystyrene treatment and recovery methods,Thermal cracking technology could convert polystyrene into oil and gas with lower molecular weight,which could be used as supplementary fuel and chemical raw materials,but the selectivity of the product was poor and the value was low.Adding catalyst on the basis of pyrolysis technology could effectively improve product distribution and obtain high value-added products.Catalytic pyrolysis catalysts were mainly divided into acidic and alkaline categories.At present,the common catalytic pyrolysis catalysts for polystyrene were solid base catalysts.The reaction followed the carbanion mechanism,which could effectively reduce the yield of ethylbenzene and increase the yield of styrene and diphenyl alkane.
