摘要
以可食用木薯淀粉和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原材料,添加增塑剂甘油以及冰醋酸,采用流延成膜法,制备木薯淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合膜,并对力学性能进行测定。采用了单因素法对聚乙烯醇添加量、淀粉添加量、甘油添加量、冰醋酸添加量、反应温度、反应时间对复合膜性能影响进行了探究。通过3因素3水平正交试验,对实验结果进行极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,制备淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合膜最优方案的工艺参数为聚乙烯醇为6.0g,可食用木薯淀粉为3.5g,甘油为0.5g,冰醋酸为0.15g,反应体系温度为85℃,反应时间为70min;测定最优条件下制备复合膜的拉伸强度为25.66MPa、断裂伸长率为157.60%,得到综合力学性能较好的淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合膜。
Cassava starch/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite film was prepared by tape casting method with edible cassava starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as raw materials,plasticizer glycerrinand glacial acetic acid as additives,and its mechanical properties were measured.The single factor method was used to explore the effects of polyvinyl alcohol,starch,glycerol,glacial acetic acid,reaction temperature and reaction time on the performance of composite membrane.Through three factors and three levels orthogonal test,the experimental results were analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis.The results showed that the optimal process parameters for preparing starch polyvinyl alcohol composite films were:the polyvinyl alcohol was 6.0 g,edible tapioca starch was 5.0 g,glycerol was 0.5 g,acetic acid was 0.15 g,reaction temperature was 85℃,reaction time was 70 min;the tensile strength was 25.66 MPa and the elongation at break was 157.60%under the optimum conditions,and the starch polyvinyl alcohol composite film with good mechanical properties was obtained.
