摘要
为了适应经济社会发展,贯彻国家关于人才发展的重大战略,培养实用型、高技能人才是高等教育的重要任务。文章以大学生方程式赛车项目为依托,以汽车理论教学为切入点,探讨了如何深度融合实践与理论教学。首先介绍了方程式赛车项目的背景和意义,突出了其在培养学生团队协作、解决问题和创新思维方面的重要性。随后,详细分析了如何将汽车理论知识与方程式赛车实践相结合,提出了课堂教学、实践训练和竞赛实践三个方面的教学模式。最后,总结了该模式在提升学生综合素质和就业竞争力方面的积极影响,以及在培养实践型人才方面的潜力和挑战。
In order to adapt to the development of the economy and society and implement the significant national strategies regarding talent development,cultivating practical and highly skilled talents is an important task of higher education.This article,based on the Formula Student Racing project for college students and focusing on automotive theory teaching,explores the deep integration of practice and theory in education.Firstly,the background and significance of the Formula Student Racing project are introduced,highlighting its importance in fostering students' teamwork,problem-solving,and innovation skills.Subsequently,a detailed analysis is conducted on how to integrate automotive theory knowledge with Formula Student Racing practice,proposing three teaching modes:classroom teaching,practical training,and competition practice.Finally,the positive impacts of this model on enhancing students' comprehensive qualities and competitiveness in employment,as well as the potential and challenges in cultivating practical talents,are summarized.
