基于人居环境品质提升的援藏公寓绿色低碳化改造设计探索

Exploring the Green and Low-carbon Transformation Design of Aiding Xizang Apartment Based on Quality Improvement of Human Settlement Environment

文章以日喀则市上海援藏公寓为对象,在分析其自然资源禀赋、空间功能特点和现状问题的基础上,以提升人居环境品质为目标,提出建筑优化改造思路,以改善援藏人员的生活质量和工作环境,缓解其身心压力;同时基于“双碳”背景,从可再生能源利用、资源高效利用和数字化系统运维三方面,进一步遴选出适宜当地的绿色低碳技术,融入设计方案,打造具有示范意义的绿色低碳援藏公寓“样板间”,以期为高海拔地区同类建筑的低碳化改造提供可借鉴的设计思路和方法。

This paper takes Shanghai Aiding Xizang Apartment in Shigatse City as the objective,on the basis of analyzing natural resource endowment,spatial function feature and present problems there,it takes improvement of human settlement environment quality as the objective,puts forward the idea of building optimization and transformation,so as to improve the life quality and working environment of the personnel who aids Xizang,and relieve their physical and mental pressure;meanwhile,based on“double carbon”background,from three aspects including utilization of renewable energy,efficient utilization of resource as well as operation and maintenance of digital system,the green and low-carbon technique suitable for local place is further chosen,it is merged into the design scheme,so as to forge the green and low-carbon“model room”for aiding Xizang apartment with demonstrative significance,and provide the design idea and method that can be used for reference low-carbon transformation of similar buildings in high altitude area.
