中医药通过干预信号通路治疗神经根型颈椎病机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy through Signal Pathways

神经根型颈椎病(CSR)是颈椎病的常见类型,其临床症状多以颈、肩、臂、手的疼痛与麻木为主,对日常生活造成严重影响。近年来,越来越多的研究证实中医药治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。笔者通过综述中医药治疗神经根型颈椎病相关文献,对其通过干预信号通路治疗CSR进行总结,发现中医药治疗神经根型颈椎病主要影响PI3K/Akt/mTOR、JAK/STAT-SOCS负反馈调节、ERK、神经元-胶质细胞-趋化因子和PPAR-γ信号通路,发挥抗炎、促进神经细胞的自噬、抑制神经细胞凋亡等作用,从而达到治疗神经根型颈椎病的目的。

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)is a common type of cervical spondylosis,with clinical symptoms primarily including pain and numbness in the neck,shoulders,arms,and hands,which severely impacts daily life.Recent studies have increasingly confirmed the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in treating CSR.This review summarizes literature on the treatment of CSR with TCM,focusing on how TCM interventions affect various signal pathways,including PI3K/Akt/mTOR,JAK/STAT-SOCS negative feedback regulation,ERK,neuron-glial cell-chemokine,and PPAR-γpathways.TCM treatments exert anti-inflammatory effects,promote autophagy of nerve cells,and inhibit neuronal apoptosis,thereby achieving therapeutic outcomes for CSR.
