摘要
高职院校面对“双高”“升本”等任务的机遇和挑战,柔性引进就成为改善和加强高层次、高技能人才队伍建设的重要手段,高职院校人力资源管理的柔性化是知识经济时代的必然趋势。本文分析当前高职院校传统人力资源管理模式面临的挑战,阐述了柔性引进高层次、高技能人才的必然性以及柔性引进模式的构建思路。
Faced with the opportunities and challenges of“double high”and“promotion to undergraduate college”,flexible introduction has become an important means to improve and strengthen the construction of high-level and high-skill talents.The flexibility of human resource management in vocational colleges is an inevitable trend in the era of knowledge economy.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by vocational colleges in the traditional human resource management mode,and expounds the necessity of flexible introduction of high-level and high-skill talents and the construction of flexible introduction mode.
