随着近年来国家对职业教育的政策支持,职业院校呈现出快速发展的态势。同时,在发展过程中也衍生出机关行政人员工作积极性不高、个人发展速度缓慢、工作效率低下等问题。文章通过对目前高职院校的机关行政人员概况和存在的实际问题进行剖析,提出改善现有情况的建议措施,以期促进机关行政人员个人成长与发展,推动高职院校发展进程。

With the policy support of the country for vocational education in recent years,vocational education has shown a rapid development trend.At the same time,during the development process,problems such as low work enthusiasm,slow personal development,and low work efficiency have also emerged among administrative personnel in government agencies.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and actual problems of administrative personnel in vocational colleges,and proposes suggestions and measures to improve the existing situation,promote personal growth and development,and promote the development process of vocational colleges.
