Innovative Path of Talent Training Model Adapting to the Needs of New Quality Productivity

高职教育肩负着培养多样化、创新型技术技能人才的重要使命,必须主动适应新质生产力发展需求,加快人才培养模式创新。本文在分析高职院校人才培养模式创新意义的基础上,从产教融合协同育人、创新教学内容设计、改革教学组织形式、完善人才培养评价等方面,系统阐述了高职院校人才培养模式创新的思路和举措,以期为新时代高职院校加快高质量发展、全面提升人才培养能力提供有益借鉴。

Vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating diversified and innovative technical and skilled talents,and must actively adapt to the development needs of new quality productive forces and accelerate the innovation of talent training models.On the basis of analyzing the innovative significance of talent training models in vocational colleges,this article systematically elaborates on the ideas and measures of talent training model innovation in vocational colleges from the aspects of collaborative education of the integration of industry and education,innovative teaching content design,reform of teaching organization form,and improvement of talent training evaluation,in order to provide useful reference for accelerating high-quality development and comprehensively enhancing talent training capabilities in vocational colleges in the new era.
